For the Neumühlen project in Hamburg, the goal was to deliver a strong and durable foundation solution. To achieve this, a total of 1.779 tons of steel pipes with locks were supplied. The pipes were produced in steel grade S420MH and delivered in various lengths between 17,25 m and 34,50 m.

From our rental fleet, Intra BV provided a PVE 110M vibratory hammer, powered by a 1000PP power pack and equipped with a 2x150TC double clamp system. This setup proved to be the ideal solution for the job site operated by Depenbrock Bau.

The installation of two connection sheets was carried out from the water side using a pontoon and an LR 1200 crawler crane as the carrier for the 110M. Each sheet, weighing around 22 tons and consisting of two HEB-1000 beams with two 20 mm steel plates, was vibrated into the ground to a depth of about 15 meters.
