Intra BV proudly contributed to the optimization, production, and delivery of a quay structure in Hasselt. By implementing project-specific IBO® profiles instead of the original design, we achieved a 16% reduction in the tonnage of material to be processed, without compromising the required service life or load-bearing capacity.

The solution included both anchored and unanchored constructions, tailored to meet the specific demands of the project. The IBO® profiles used featured a thickness of 10 mm, a moment of resistance of 2800 cm³ per meter, and lengths of up to 14,00 meters.
