This reference has been a project where we were able to show the use of many of our products and our expertise for making a made-to-measure offer for our client. Each of the products that were used have their own advantage(s) and that resulted in making this project to a great success. 

We delivered the sheet piles with bitumen and INTRA Expanding Seal interlock sealings to provide a watertight seal. Along with the sheet piles we also supplied the corner sections and connectors. 

The VKZ 2201-10 sheet pile was developed especially for this project. Because the profile is 2.16 m wide as a double sheet pile, it is able to cover the total distance from pipe to pipe. This allowed the locks to be welded in the middle of the tubes and that made sure that the customer saved a lot of weight. By saving on tons of steel this gave the client the advantage of saving money on the project. And not only that; less weight means less co2-emissions and so this solution is therefore also better for the environment.
