We delivered approximately 150 tons of VL603a and VL603 sheet piles in different sizes and lengths, with a 400MU black coating. Besides the sheet piles we also delivered 10 tons of tubes with a diameter of 355mm and a thickness of 14,2mm. The pictures show that the island has a resemblance to the shape of a tulip. This is exactly why the project holds the name ‘Tulip Island’ and adds a nice Dutch element to the project, since tulips are typical Dutch.
