Cold Formed Sheet Piles are produced according to the contractor’s needs. Sheet Piles that fit the request’s exact dimensions, weight, and technical specifications. Using this method, you only buy what is necessary and do not have to worry about dimensions. Additionally, our Sheet Piles are supplied according to NEN 10249-1 and NEN 10249-2 and in qualities:”S235JRC, S275JRC en S355J0C” according to EN 10204 with a 3.1 certificate. Or a cold malleable Steel quality as defined in NEN 10025.
Cold Formed Sheet Piles are available in thicknesses up to 16 mm and in lengths up to 30,000 mm

Meaning that this product is under a constant focus to meet the needed requirements for the protocol of traceability of our products. Hot rolled sheet piles
Intra BV delivers all of its U and Z Profiles straight from stock or on very short notice from production. Intra BV also has an even larger used stock that consists of U and Z Profiles that we can ship immediately. Our stocks are spread out over Europe, which means our delivery times are very short. Additionally, all of our Hot-Rolled Sheet Piles are supplied according to NEN 10248-1 and NEN 10248-2 and steel grades:”S240GP, S270GP, S355GP, S430GP” in accordance with NEN 10204 and with a factory certificate 3.1 or 3.2(on request). Our Hot-Rolled Sheet Piles can be supplied from stock at lengths of up to 31,000 mm. For even longer lengths, we can supply from production to meet your demands.
