For this project we delivered complete Drill Pipes at the job site of our client. The Drill Pipes were designed and made completely by Intra BV and contained a welded Tubex drill tip, grout lance, spacers, watertight plate, drill motor drive plate and a lifting eye. These specially designed Drill Pipes act as a solid foundation for new power pylons for an electricity network.

Intra BV provided the client with a total of 720 piles to create this solid foundation. The pipes had a total weight of appr. 1.750 tons and we’re made in different dimensions and lengths. We had 460 piles with a diameter of Ø508 mm and a length of about 20 m, and we had 260 piles with a diameter of Ø610 mm and a length of about 24 m.
