We delivered appr. 268 Tons of hot rolled sheet piles for a very special project at the IJsselmeer, The Netherlands. At the bottom of the IJsselmeer was a bomber, the Vickers Wellington II, and our customer wanted to restore this bomber. Therefore, it was needed to create a building pit around the bomber and excavate the aircraft.  

To create the building pit our customer needed ESZ 18-630 sheet piles, interlock sealant and corner sections. To make the building pit as watertight as possible bitumen was applied into the locks.
