For this Combined Wall different kinds of steel materials were needed; Steel Tubes, Sheet Piles, Corner Sections and Declutching Detectors.

To create this Combined Wall we started with spirally welded Tubes and welded on E21 Corner Sections. The Steel Tubes had lengths varying from 25 till 29 meters for a total of appr. 610 tons.

To complete the Combined Wall we also delivered 16m long Hot Rolled Sheet Piles with a steel grade of S355GP. This was a total of appr. 170 tons of VL606A profiles. To provide our customer with more certainty of the installation of the Sheet Piles we delivered our Declutching Detectors as well. Declutching Detectors are used to check if the Sheet Piles will remain interlocked for their entire length during installation.  

This Combined Wall is also known as a Pipe-Pile-Wall. A Pipe-Pile-Wall can withstand high forces and is therefore the perfect suit for this project.
